My BlackCipher shoots up to like ~850k memory after like 5 minutes of just sitting in town doing nothing... I'm a little worried about doing boss runs now.

So I know of some people who got perma'd just when the hellbans were revoked. These people had illegit 15 star tyrants and were not hellbanned initially.
Guess this means Nexon's trying to live up to that speech....
