it has its hidden ability of Protean (Changes it's type to whatever type of move you are using). It transforms before you use the move, so every single move it uses gets STAB.
Just going off the TM's that I have, that means it can transform into the Normal, Fighting, Flying, Psychic, Rock, Grass, Bug or Poison types. and of course Water and Dark too.

Icedemontrihorn (2079-6810-1616) is known as Flareon in game. has Butterfree, Illumise and Heracross. i'm sure you can guess what type.
Locked is known as Danny in game. has Grumpig, Wobuffet and Gothorita.
blink182 is know as Christian in game. has Ferrothorn and Forretress. Steel type.

It seems there may be set rotations then. Two of us have the exact same Psychic safari, and a buddy has the exact same Steel setup (very likely same 3rd poke too)

Also, how possible would it be to also organize the table by the type of garden? I think that would be very helpful as this list gets more and more jumbled.

I can do that in a bit. It actually crossed my mind for a second a day or two ago.
Edit: Updated the Safari List to be in order by type, alphabetically.

I'm close to beating the main game, I'll post later to get someone to check my third. Hopefully it's something good, but I'm not holding hope for much if my other two are Wooper and Nincada :/
EDIT: Another note, I'll soon have access to a Fairy type Safari with Togepi, and I plan on breeding the hell out of Togetic/kiss when I get one. Let me know if anyone wants one.
