Yea you get like 150 charm from each package.
But there is still the daily charm exp cap.
Probably the cheapest way to level charm right now tho.

Another good option is to buy any cheap timeless armour for your class. I bought 2 timeless mage shoes for my Kanna, 2m each. each gave 90 charm, I then fused them together and got another 90 charm
