I know it says '90 days' there, but expiring chairs are one of the greatest evils of Maple and they must be put down at once. D:

It's mostly in the way I read the GMS CS updates since you guys nearly always don't have permanent pets; so long as the notice doesn't say any of the items are permanent and state a duration below, I'd conclude the time limit is the duration. Here's an example of what I mean:

You have a point though, Nexon should have specified that both the chairs and decorative equips are time-limited since it isn't immediately clear.
