Considering it's placed as a low level weapon, it seems more like a low level version of this type of weapon:

 Dragon-arm Girl-thing

Which doesn't seem like it'll act much like a Knuckle at all, but more like a cannon as others have pointed out already. You can't even see the fist in there, and the ''jaws'' stick out too much for it to be a Knuckle-like weapon, and the pictures only show one being wielded and not two.

Someone with access to kmst manage to take a better pic of one of the statue. We know the number of statue should correspond to number of jobs now, but still weapon used by statue may not be totally accurate since nova pirate and warrior concept is up when nexon drew the statue. Not necessary so for the rest.

Inb4 the Nova warriors and pirates are the only ones the statues accurately depict.

Because that image of the 5 heroes fighting together, back before Mercedes, Phantom and Luminous were released.

Nobody knows anything about the other Nova classes, and Nexon has a habit of retconning newer ones into what they weren't originally supposed to be.

As a matter of fact, for all we know, they might only make 2 Nova classes and call it a day. You know, since one can't even advance from a resistance member to a resistance warrior or thief, either.

You can't advance directly from Citizen to Demon Slayer, though, is what I think his point is.

Anyway, I don't believe the notion that the statues in the temple reflect how many classes there will be, they could just be there to honor past heroes.

Personally, I'd like it if each of the Nova classes came from different worlds and weren't all Dragon people, but with that Super Secret Diary entry, that's probably out the window.

Hmmm 6 statue in total? From the looks of those statue, chances are high the rest are not depicted accurately. Spear and shield is interesting, but that will just mean another warrior job lol. And the last pic of where the statue is opposite of what should be kaiser does not have a weapon at all?

Still very disappointed over why the normal nova characters does not remain the way the statue are thru out the game in correct mapleish proportion rather then some oversize junk.

Don't you get it? 6 statues for 6 warrios of the dragon class.

Then they'll have 6 statues of 6 mages of the toad class

...etc

So it's like all the power ranger generations.

Well if they're guarding something that has to do with immortality then it probably has something to do with the black mage wanting that power or the black wings wanting that power to break his seal.
