Well i've heard that the reason why Mercedes,Cannonshooter and demon slayer were time restricted was because they were the only class people were making over in kms.

Not how it works.
It's just 1.1x exp. Doesn't let you start with 10%.

Well 1.1x bonus stacks with other events, cards and so on, a default start at 10% does not. x)
