How coincidental, I was just mulling over strategies on a boat ride to Ariant when I thought about Mana Reflect. You see, I have left over points to spend between BB, MW and Mana Reflect. Thanks for the confirmation, I just saved 10 for MW, 4 for BB 5 if I just want to pass the book and dumped the rest into Reflect. Looking for some BaM confirmation on the utility of Reflect against them.

i always get the sucky effect out of those potions, what annoys me of DrK's is that they have quite the slow start, waiting for beholder to cast and requiring healing (then again, that extra HP is amazing)

142 Evan - Not what I expected. It was good during lag but when I played a lag free game I was usually last/second to last.

135 I/L - Amazing when the players are grouped together. Got 1st place with the rest being 150+ and top 3 in a few games.
However in the next round with 4 players, my i/l would loose fast 1v1. I would try to use seal in that situation but if it fails I'm out of luck.

I've noticed that 200 players would win by 2000+ (happened three times) with the rest having 800s or less when in a room with lower 4th jobs...

They need to fix that.

Also, BaM's are really annoying to play against. >.>

I play in the 120+ Rooms as a shadower.

I believe shadowers at the moment are pretty OP as you can just assaulter/Boomerang Step and flash jump away. Assaulter is really good in getting behind machine gun attacks (Wild Hunters, Bowmasters, Mechanics) and can easy confuse people from attacking left or right. It's a fun thing added on to MapleStory. I just recently got my shoulder pad. Working on the ring next.

I've never gotten anything below 3rd place unless I join a room with 3 minutes left (but even then I reach close to 1k points) just as reference on how good shadowers are.

I played one game, and if it wasn't so delayed I think I'd enjoy it. It's like, there's a 3 second delay after I press the skill key for it to actually execute. So I just played it noobish and chased after half dead players and got the last hits and ended up 4th place I think.

is playing a 115 i/l with fire wall thing. IT ROCKS. whenever i die, i just go into a mob => seal + slow + ice strike + fire wall + continous lightning strike = OWNAGE

It's fun, but the lag is very annoing. It should be at least 4 times faster. My paladin is BEAST! Didn't expect him to be so good xD I get 1000 points easely on free for all without dying once Big Grin

Havent seen anything about arans here..as a BaM they're the only class I've had any difficulty with. They're like total tanks and drain seems to prevent them from ever losing HP. Besides that I place 1st-2nd in every game (unless theres some random 200 in there, play in your own tier holy crap).

my impressions is i hate paladins, ice charge is absolutely broken.

Somehow, I do fairly well in PvP, getting close to 1000 points per game. However, I crash every. single. game. No lie. I just tried alt+tabbing out to see if it stopped it, it didn't. It's only PvP, too. I did an hour and a half in Golden Temple with no crash. Ugh. It's a shame, because it's fun.

I get zero lag even though I play from Europe (in El Nido but still). Maybe it's just on bigger servers?

PvP is really fun to me for now, but I think it'll get old really fast. There's so little maps to play and the battle gameplay is kinda bleh, I wish there was more tactic involved. P:

Zomg, FINALLY had the first chance to play it lag free this morning in Scania. I LOVE IT. Soo soo much. I can rack up over 1000 every game and if I come in have way just about catch up to the top three. This seems like something I can really really get addicted to.

Playing it on my Hunter, now. So much better. Don't DC mid game, just sometimes if the report thing at the end doesn't pop up, I get kicked out and I DC but I keep my exp and stuff.

Ok everyone, if you have a character with a skill similar to Rush or Jaguar Rawr, go ahead and use is on someone while they're jumping/falling/standing at the edge of a platform. It's freaking hilarious! Biggrin

I also have to say that Rush can be used in some pretty douchey ways. I was racing a Night Lord to a health potion while Recovery was on cooldown, so I rushed him past the potion and took it as he flew of the platform and got transformed into a snake by a mystery pot he looted accidentally!

i am a complete ass with rush/monstermagnet, but that will teach those pesky NL to not run away, MM->sacrifice->roar hits me for a good chunk, but kills any fleeing NL (unless i fail the MM, cooldown on it is massive)

also, loltrolldriver is awesome in small slopes and such.

I always have Drks beat the hell out of me. Can't figure my way around them. Last match I was second with like 1400 points and the dark ahead of me had like 3k points. It was bloody unreal.
