Round 2 already started, so wait for round 3.
Anyway here's an explanation of the rules:
First everyone will sign up for a new round. Then Russt will randomly select a person to be 'Kira' and a person to be 'L'. He will PM Kira first, which will be a secret and nobody will know except him and Kira. Then Kira will respond and say who he wants to kill. That person will then be killed. If the person is L, Kira wins automatically. If not, then Russt will PM L and L can eliminate one person. If that person is Kira, L and the citizens win. If not, then the voting starts. The citizens will vote and dead people can vote. Kira and L will vote too to avoid suspicion, but you can vote only if you're in the round since the beginning of the round. Then the person with the most votes die. Then repeat the process by PMing Kira again and he will choose another person to kill. Do this until Kira or L die. Then the round is over. Kira will win if L dies, and L and the citizens will win if Kira dies.
