Which version are you buying - aslemn - 2011-03-01 I didn't really like Black & White. Played White until the fifth badge and... kept getting the impression that although the graphics are very good, there are too many unnecessary animations that turn the gameplay very, very slow. Specially in battles :S Not going to get any, at all. Specially in battles :S Really? I've heard from most other people that these games are actually faster than 4th gen, even with animations on. Everything it starts, the camera spins, the pokemon shows up, or you have to see that trainer animation throwing the pokeball EVERYTIME you get into a battle. Really, it's pretty well made, but it just makes things go a lot slower. Maybe i'm used too much to the oldies where battles were twice fast as those, but, i just had this impression. :S Battles were nice in the beginning, but turned into a pain due to the slowness. Trainers here, pokemon out, no animation all done. I've heard from a couple people B/W is like playing Red and Blue all over again and arguably even better then that Which version are you buying - CommanderJinn - 2011-03-01 SwordStaker Wrote:B/W is like playing Red and Blue all over again and arguably even better then that This I think that's what gamefreak was getting at this time. I mean, I'm pretty sure even THEY understand the series was starting to get really bland. Hopefully, the 3DS would let them be creative again with future instalments.
