I fail to see the logic in complaining about reduced leveling potential at level 190+, if they technically made it lower for the level 140-, and will most likely even be lower, provided Nextard doesn't screw up LHcastle.
W.e, enjoy hating on your levels. I'm glad I can do something besides spam blizzard while watching TV, this is the most fun I've had in maple in years!

If Lionheart castle comes out, and it doesn't help the leveling at all(without biased complaints) then these arguements would seem a lot less like crap.I don't mind high levels whining about leveling too much. It's just that a lot of BB haters were getting all pissy about fast leveling, and preaching about dedication, hard work, and all that elite stuff. Only to see a handfull of them get mad that they get like 10% per hour, although this doesn't relate to EVERYONE in THIS thread.

BB was more of an update to help people get to 120 then helping people get to 200. 200 is still supposed to be very difficult to get to.
Granted I agree that the really high level mobs' exp are WAY too low in comparison to the speed your EXP Requirements increase after 125, it's still basically evening out in the end. Granted you're already past 125 so you get screwed in this deal, but meanwhile, getting 120 can take 1-2 weeks on someone who is dedicated while in the past it was at least a few months. Once you get to 125 it begins jumping a whole lot faster much like old-school MapleStory. The problem is that the EXP gained doesn't rise as fast as it used to. Monsters a 15x would train on would give 6k+ EXP a kill, while now it's something like 2-3k.
If you started a new character I think you would see the difference and like it a lot better. Like I said, you got screwed in this deal because 125+ is A WHOLE LOT harder than it used to be, but 124- is A WHOLE LOT easier than it used to be.

A guy points out a good point that, high levels, are complaining about leveling in a quick non-dramatic way and suddenly he's a complete bastard.

So what you're saying is that the people who have been playing for a long time, know what they're getting into, and acknowledge that they're trying to reach the hard level cap and experience the end of the game should be cut a brake because it's hard?

Dividing the once united Adventurers and Legends.
2x/4x reliant NX grinders who sought a boost to max leveling speed & saw none vs. the unfunded who have enjoyed the boost in leveling speed and do not understand why NX users feel no joy.
High levels who face the same/heavier grind vs Lower Lv/Alt hoppers who were spared and forgotten the plight they both once shared.
People joked about how the black mage's evil magic actually made Maplers stronger, but upon seeing this thread. I now realize the Black Mage has succeeded in his true goal.

No, we need levelling to not become HARDER in an update in which the entire premise is that it is supposed to make levelling EASIER.

So what you're saying is, leveling somehow became harder even though they lowered the exp requirements for every level by at least half? Or are all of you pissed because you can't buy 2x cards anymore?
Seems to me like most of you fall into the second category, the update did make leveling easier for everyone, and there are a lot of irrational knee jerk complainers who care more about their 5% a year at level 199 than the rest of maplestory.

They didn't cut everyone's exp TNL by half at my level. And I do level slower than I did pre-BB even without 2x cards, because of the nerfed Rep system. Let's not even go into the no ultimate spam issue, I'm totally okay with that. Even my Corsair levels slower than it did pre-BB.

I now see the reason Herborist has been being vetoe'd everytime he posts. Fun Fact: Just because he posts in a rude way to help emphasise a point doesn't mean he's trolling, and it does not mean he's being a jackass.

How many high level players have to say it back to back, time after time, and again and again until you wanna-be geniuses of everything Maple come to terms and realize, you are in the same situation as we are! You guys always want to cut our throats but fail to realize your cutting your own damn throats as well.
I wouldn't also be surprised if Herborist was leeched to where he is now. Probably didn't even earn his Paladin. Someone else earned it for him.
