I'm curious why there's new stuff for iTCG in NXWatch. Perhaps they're making use of codes again.

Also, didn't they take out cosmetics coupons for specific towns, and replaced them with ones that could be used anywhere?

Highly, highly doubtful. That's the section they used for iTCG a long time ago and I haven't bothered to change it. Don't read into that too much.

All we nned to know is if the NPC is present in Henesys, Orbis, Ludi and/or Omega. That was all they did in Tespia, removed the entry NPC.
