Yeah it does stack with hyperbody.

I was going to max it regardless, but I was wondering how that would really affect Dark Knights and in the event that a Hero or Paladin got Decent HB. Now I'm pretty much ready for Big Bang with the exception of the recent discovery of Power Guard having MADreflect as well as PADreflect.
EDIT: I should probably note that this is the second revamp of the classes (Restructuring), not Big Bang itself. It seems a lot of people overlooked it when stating the changes. It was noted by mamaloki in the same thread.
