Oh yeah i remember that; he had an avatar of a caricature stick figure made to be an effigy street, lying in bed with a stick figure effigy of Nexon, and it looked like they had had sex; or something along those lines.

It was actually depicting the sex act via stick figure, and then he blatantly lied about having had it after it was removed and warned for it, claimed it was something else despite the multiple witnesses who saw exactly what it was, tried to protest the infraction for it, then put it back up almost immediately.

Lol no. You've always hated him. He served his ban which was like 2 months (I know him in game) for the avatars. He didn't lie about having it, why would he lie about it and then make it his avatar again?? He told you that street didn't care about the avatar. He was unbanned after serving his block and has been posting ever since until today when he called you out on this post for flaming the user named larmie. He said something about you not being above your own rules so you deleted his post and perma banned him.

Obscenity is a non-negotiable offense. The fact he did it not once, but twice, eliminates his right to be here and any pretense of knowing what he did wasn't wrong. The "You hate me" excuse is childish crap considering I don't know him from a knothole. Everyone is responsible for their own actions and paying the consequences for them.
The fact he was back doesn't mean anything except we don't check the ban on sight list all that often unless people are still being problematic. I happened to have been reviewing the list yesterday however for the amnesties.
The fact he's received an infraction as recently as 2010-10-19 06:59 PM doesn't really help his case, he should've been re-banned then.

From what I remember, the one's that were considered "porn" (lol stick figure porn, really?) weren't used after he was told to take them down. His last one was two stick figures in a bed and showed nothing below their arms.
And Eos, who gave him that infraction on the 19th? I know which thread it's in, and if you look at the post, he was being less disruptive than the person he quoted, but he was given a worse infraction than them.

We have the screen shots, both time it was simulated oral sex, whether by stick figure or not, that still explicitly violates our rules (http://www.southperry.net/showthread.php?t=1#Obscenity) and was very purposefully used after having been told not to and removing it. The bed one occurred in between the obscene one. It was an active choice to switch back to the one that got him in trouble in the first place thinking he'd get away with it.
The subject is closed, this is not an appeal thread, an appeal forum, and the facts have already been judged by the people who were present at the time and have the evidence. He did it. He was punished for it. Was it stupid? Yes. Was it entirely his own stupid choice? Also yes. He can wait until the next time we're forgiving stupidity assuming he can behave until then and stop digging himself in worse.

Read my 1st post, I'm a friend in game and I know how Eos is cus I used to lurk on other accounts.
Eos was the one who brought the avatar thing up. It had nothing to do with his current ban.
