Last year around christmas (?) They posted a poem on their blog. In this poem they mentioned Nibergen (Nibelung) and Vexel (Krexel). Shortly after we got Neo City.

Nibelung is the correct spelling if it's based off http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nibelung. Some German at Nexon NA probably shoterned Nibelungen.

There's five portals. One from the pink fishes, one from squids, one to pianus, one to CWK (very bottom; hiiden portal) and one to PQ (shipwreck; hidden portal).

Hob king pq, of course since it ties in with the dark mage plot right before the big bang.... Somewhat...
Autumn Events
October patch -
Halloween events, and another giddy training area in the already packed haunted house.
November patch -
World tour maps
December patch -
Christmas event
Big bang right after new years.
Of course, the head honcho's in Korea DO have a schedual, so they could release it anytime within the next 3 months.

I have doubts about ghost ship PQ, unless there's already a version that has both signapore AND the ghost ship PQ.

Well considering that the Hob King Monster card is in the current data we will most likely be getting that next, It even has his story all typed out and everything saying his name is Rex and what not, This Ulu City place seems like it alone might be MapleSEA's general exclusive content if no other version has it as New Leaf City is ours, In my opinion I think if Ulu wasn't exclusive to MapleSEA we would have it by now since we are technically ahead of them maybe not patch wise but content wise for sure, Also I find comments that Evans can't train well at Skeles very untrue and distasteful since that is where they train the best after level 140 but if you meant from a lvl130 stand point yes it is kind of tough (without a elemental wand/flame wheel) there but not a bad place to train, Galloperas are good for 130-140 though depending on what you do EXP wise and super easy since you just have to stand in the middle and hold a button down xD Evans FTW.

The fact that MSEA just got Crimsonwood Keep/Phantom Forest leads many people to believe we will get Ulu City soon.

Oh I never knew they got CWK interesting, Well yes then Ulu City seems very possible but i'm not sure if we would get it before Hob King PQ since the Hob King data is already there pretty much except the boss animation(They put this random snail with a bright green shell instead) and the PQ.

It's always possible to get both at the same time. After all Hog King PQ and Ghost Ship PQ aren't very much content wise.
