Eh, I don't much care bout winning a contest, and yes, I did plan on a from scratch rewrite.
And again, I need to get into Nexon's head and figure out how to make bows equal sub4th
Anyways, the idea of guides that I write is... I don't write them. With the bowvxbow, I just made a bunch of topics on an invision free forum leftover from when we put together the basil training guide, and then we had about 6 people filling in info and perspectives.
Then me (sniper) and bluebomber24 (ranger) compiled our opposites (I did the ranger stuff, he did the sniper), then exchanged it for a last revision, then I put everything together.
I'd do the same thing again, its best to have multiple people's point of views. The question of how to make bow=xbow still bugs me. Its not like a gaming company to totally screw over a class until the final job adv? Less your like orgasmic about bomb/inferno, then bow would be better xD

Well, now, this is an interesting find. The main reason that's still on Basil, is because It's kindova conspiracy over there on the firing rate-changes. Still, we probably SHOULD tell everyone there.
Oh, and I'll be posting the Skillguide soon enough. There isn't any Skill guides to be found here on SP.
By the way, Basilmarket is un-banned from Sleepy.

As far as I'm concerned, it's revised. the 1st and 2nd job sections are so basic it wouldn't matter, and I'm afraid to touch the 4th job section.
*edit* I re-read the 4th job section. I will add a chart or two to that section, but nothing else. I just need to work on converting it from boring pictureless Basil format, to Southperry format. I'm far too busy trying to beat LttP on "hard" mode without dying once ;D
Techno, try this: No Heart Pieces, No getting anything that benefits you, that you can possibly avoid (ie: Don't get the blue tunic from the ice temple, no ice rod, and beat all the bosses without the fire/ice rods, no bomb upgrades, no arrow upgrades, no tempering of your Master Sword, no upgraded shield, etc.)

lol, I'm a hard core OoT and MM player, not Alttp. I did to the infamous minimalistic OoT run (not speed run, God no), although a few of the glitches I couldn't pull off on my cartrigde.
LoZ minimalistic run:
-deku nuts
-bombchus
-kokiri and master sword
-deku and mirror shield
-hover boots
-light, shadow and spirit medallions
-bow and light arrows
-boomerang
-the 3 stones
-zelda's lullaby, minuet, SoT
-zelda's letter
-magic
-OoT
It aims to get the lowest % on the file.

He beat the game without any recovery items.
