I still play, I like getting on and chatting with my guild mainly, so thats what makes it worthwhile. The recent bull crap that has occurred has pushed me to the edge of quitting Maple, but yet I still play.. I think I wouldn't know what to do with myself if I did stop or maybe all the fond memories I had/have wouldn't be 'real' anymore.. I don't really know. :f6:

If anything, as of late, I log on just to afk to avoid getting hacked lately. Other than that I pretty much talk to my guildies and friends but there isn't much I can do online since I'm overly busy with being both a full time student and employee. If I somehow find time to break away from that tedious cycle I do dedicate some time to training. I haven't quit yet and I don't really see myself doing so in the near future but these last tactics that Nexon has played(Both Nexon America and Korea) left a bitter taste in my mouth. Hopefully, they can somehow redeem themselves but I don't see that anytime soon.

I quit completely for about 3 months because uni was keeping me busy last year. then came back for aran release, but that didn't keep me interested for very long so i quit again. I just go on with the intention of chatting to friends but that usually doesn't last for much longer then 5mins before i just log right off again.

Quit over a year ago. Moved on with life. Since then, without the urge to buy NX, I've saved money, and gotten a new car. Life's awesome post-Maplestory.

I go on a cwkpq run every friday -- maybe an ht run on the weekend when that's possible again
other then that -- ive stopped training, ive stopped shopping in fm, ive stopped logging in everyday
There are still things I want to do, I just can't rationalize doing it anymore -- I don't think it's Nexon related as I've never really respected them anyway

I tried to start playing again this weekend. I stopped playing last year, maybe around the end of summer? I can't quite remember. I finally realized I'm done with MS for good when on 2x I couldn't even last 20 minutes. Its just endless grinding with no satisfaction, you won't get anywhere and in the end no one will help give you the slightest help when something goes wrong. God knows the company just wants money and nothing else from their customers.
bye bye MS, its been fun but you just suck now

I've been thinking about just finishing some of the things I've started in the game, so I can quit with a 'good' feeling. I have more fun just browsing Southperry, or Basilmarket forums for that matter, than playing Maple. All I have left in game is getting my Aran to 70 and my CB to 80, maybe my Gunslinger to 50, and then I'll ask my buddies for their emails so I can just talk to them on MSN and quit. It's funny because I started playing MS when I came to the school I am on now, and since this year is my last year on there(unless I fail my exams), I guess I just let Maple stay in this part of my life, instead of going on with it. Still have like 3 months left though.
Still have had a lot of fun. I'm probably one of the few who is happy to have played this game.

"Quit" about 7 months ago, tried to come back in january but found out i got hacked (no email evidence or keylogger's found? yay database hack.) and lost my favorite trophy, my elemental staff.
had been watching the situation to see if things would get better since i still had a desire to play again, but then all this crap pops up, now i've gone from "quit" to quit.
Resident of LaTale now. But its really hard to let go of the game inside cuz of the friends and all of that, hence my forum going...=w=

Play when I have some time to train, if I got bored I go AFK for a while, then close MS. It's not funny when everybody is interested only on damage and wishes you level to 120 to SE them.

Bleh, Really I've lost interest in the game, everyone who was a decent friend in Scania is gone, guild died, and now thats happening here too, now that my friends are either leaving or turning their backs on me, Its been easier not to log on everyday, especially with how broken this game has become. Sadly, a friend gifted me a x2 month card as a good bye present, so I'm going to be playing till March 24th >_> My ultimate goal was to reach 160 again, this x2 card should do the trick, and when thats done I will have no regrets uninstalling this s'hit game.

nah, I just want one of each branch. 1 IL AMage, 1 shadower, 1 paladin, 1 BM and 1 buccaneer or corsair dunno bout that one yet xD My shadower & pirate are lv 0. So my current score is 392/1000 ='( lol

On a rare occasion, I would log on to see how MS is going, only to realize the bad memories about this game, and none of the positives, and to immediate logout.

grinded from 108-120 on the 36 hour 2x event at the beginning of anniversary last year, that burnt me out so much that I quit, fast foward to around the summer, I play a cygnus to around 37, then quit again. Then aran comes out, I train my NL up from 120-123 during all the christmas 2x and get the aran to 50. Come back a few weeks ago, find out we get free 2x cards every week for no reason, and I've decided to get the sin to 130, and the aran around there too. Currently 82 on the aran and 126 on the NL, once I reach those goals I will never grind or train in this game again, Ill just boss occasionally and use it as a chat room of sorts.
Think I should also add i started playing december 08, so only been on maple for like 15 months.
