It would be a step in the right direction if they did this for every hacked account but the chances of that are slim because they appear to be doing it manually.

I forgot to take SS of what she said, she said something like: keep in mind those items were in your secondary character and we could recover it, she was talking about the fury star, ilbis, glove atk scroll, etc.

They can't do this to every account. Not only because they do this manually, but because all the extra mesos that poof into existance will screw the economy over. Not to mention we'd basically have duplicates of expensive items around.

Congratulations on your recovery. Your case seems to be extreme and unique though. But what's interesting is that Nexon does in fact have stored character history. I wish your account is 'secure' now, since it'll mean nothing if it was to become compromised again.

We already talked about this when a GM managed to produce a perfect Carabella that his friend lost due to the same glitch. He wasn't mad, he was happy that the item was returned because it was so immensely valuable. He will most likely feel the same about this situation. I can pretty comfortably say if he doesn't feel the same way, then he still won't be angry, because he won't care. Maple is behind him now.
On the other hand, I'm pretty pissed off about it.

ppl are saying this is the first case Nexon did this, but i dont know if most of you know this same kind of refund was also made for HeroTex after he got hacked by the "remote hack" in july of 2009, also the GM Tiara was involved too -> http://i26.tinypic.com/29wsjko.jpg , i have no idea what kind of rules Nexon use to refund those players... but i am sure those are really really isolated cases, just the choose ones ever will get any kind of refund from Nexon, sad but true =[

tuffgai from broa, deleted his own lvl 17x PA DrK, and after 6 months, nexon remade his char with same IGN, he said he contacted nexon through BBB and phone.
Belisema got hacked, char deleted, lost all everything, nexon remade her acc, she got back her bishop lvl 18x, all equips, everything.

Didn't the GMs do the same thing for silverbg2? Or was it someone else? All I know is that this happened before to another level 200. It's cool that everything was remade/returned, but I only wonder how long this took Nexon.
