No, your penis gets hard on a daily basis. In fact, it's a normal part of the male sleep cycle to have several erections during the night (and the infamous "morning wood"). Little kids get those too, your body needs to pump blood into it.

I stick to fruits with citrus in them, which means i only ever eat oranges, clementines, mandarins, and I drink a lot of fresh squeezed lemonade. I don't really know about other fruits, or fruit punch though.
