i really don't know how u would get hacked unless you get keylogged or pincracked or w/e. but if u were to get pincracked, or someone that u share accounts with drops ur items, that's ur own fault. you're going against nexon's TOS in the first place by sharing accounts/info.
nexon is dumb to sympathize with people who break the rules.
on topic: yea i saw an 11att pac with an expiration date on it from samQ. i tihnk that was alcolix.
That is not exactly right.
The reason Nexon made those locks were to earn more money, and not only to avoid hacking and the like. I've NPCed my sword in a rush. I don't want to do that again. What do I do? I may be more careful, or I may lock the item for a set of days. And Nexon earns on that.
What is relevant is that these locks doesn't work as intended.

i locked my claw. permanently. i forgot the reason why. but then i got a better one and i want to sell the old one.
so my reason is to unlock it.
the fact that this guys items are expiriing and nexon is too dumb to compensate him properly is lol though.

I think nexon will do something about it, just bug them about it. FFS @ the guy with 11 atk PAC put your stuff in the storage! Do not take it out and your items are safe until nexon fixes this.

not true, it's a glitch with the system. i occasionally had my KoC pendant say it had a seal, and that the seal expired, before it expired and deleted istelf.

I've read Bryan's story on 3 diff forums and was one of the first to hear about it so no, i'm not referring to his.
It's a bunch of people in bello who got hacked this way. Some don't even play anymore or never shared info with a single person. All the hacker needed was their email.

It is impossible to ask them to unlock it now though right...otherwise people would be locking 0 attack Fs's in the hopes of compensation LOL.
