Just an assumption, but I'd say Fast (5). Why? There is at least one Normal (6) gun in the mix. Disregarding warrior weapons, same-type weapons rarely fluctuate by more than one attack rating. As in, bows are either Fast (5) or Normal (6). Claws are either Fast (4) or Faster (3). Notable exception: Shinkita for bandits, which is Fast (5), whereas the majority of their weapons are Fast (4) or Faster (3).

Yeah, I just noticed the .57 extraction, which has all guns as either Normal (6) or Fast (5).

yes, but the damage you do with the skill is reduced by half.
