This is beyond the flames system, this is just madness lol.
My WA is completely naked (only drop gear and untradables) and I still manage to cap on bosses because of that codex...

If you swap codex sets from for example unique > epic > unique (leafre > zakum > future henesys) you'll get random stats...

It's specific sets and if it doesn't work the first time then relog.
