Every single floor has a potion cd (Magnus-esque; ~5 sec) as far as I know.

Capping blade dance would take ~25min (according to [MENTION=9229]iiStevche[/MENTION]
and I'm still trying to figure out how on earth that phantom in KMS had 20 minutes left. You'd have to have a perfect/almost perfect 9f for that kind of time, among a ton of other luck based floors.
