In other words, the more you play, the faster the durability on equipment decreases and the more expensive it becomes to repair it. This was implemented to control farmers and maintain a stable game economy while allowing you to continue to play as long as you wish. Rest assured we always keep a close eye on in-game economy fluctuations as well as hacking and farming activities. Once the new Blitz Point System is implemented, we will closely monitor the new system for signs of trouble.

Seems to me that would hurt legit players more than hackers since I'm pretty sure they can still kill even without weapons...

^Agreed. And that hurts the staying power of people that run with serious durability draining moves like Rangers. Given the number of firings each skill does coupled with the increased durability loss on skills compared to that of a default attack, I might need to carry around two revolvers + Colt MK5 King Cobra just to last through dungeons. Long dungeons will be even worse since my durability is drained by the end of long dungeons like 2nd Spine. Durability Decrease Rate ^, Repair Costs ^, lots of money needed to be spent. Probably won't even make a profit running Vilmark Normal anymore. My angst tells me they should just keep the Fatigue Point system. =_=

Besides, it seems the increased repair costs and durability costs will only kick in once that 200 FP is gone.
