Achievement Thread - Mazz - 2014-05-18
Feeling nostalgic today so I decided to do the Saint Exorcist quest chain.
Just before I finished the first quest I realised I was pretty close to 100 medals, so before getting Spirit Diviner I went back and cleared most of the personality trait quests that I had still to do. I have a couple of the charm ones left because I still didn't get all of the expressions...
It took a few hours, I did it all on channel 1 and partied with a few people as it went, turns out channel 1 is still good for meeting people and every person I ran in to said they'd be more than happy to party up and help, so that was really nice too. It was fun revisiting old maps that I used to spend a lot of time training in, Master Death Teddies, Grim Phantom Watches and Skelesaurus/Skelegons were the peak of that, I spent hundreds of hours in those areas. Bone Fish was also pretty nostalgic too.
Ended up finishing Saint Exorcist as my 100th medal, it was the 70th on my Shadower I think. I did the same thing on that character just before I quit playing it.

I don't have many goals left in MapleStory now, not really sure how to feel. I've maxed all of my traits, reached 100 medals, I've killed every boss/cleared every theme dungeon and party quest that's available and there's not any point in upgrading any of my equipment any more either.
100 medals has been a goal of mine for a long time now though, so I'm glad I've finally completed that. The Saint Exorcist quests were the perfect way to finish it too, for me at least.

haha nice. ever since they came out with these chairs, I wanted to do something with my guildmates with them. I chose ludi because the platforms can be used to give 3d orbital perception and the background has the astronomical feel.

Achievement Thread - ChronosXIII - 2014-05-19
My guild has been on-off for the past two years that I was almost certain we were reaching the end of our lifespan. Then all of a sudden, everyone comes back this recent patch and it's just been crazy how motivated everyone is to get guild skills and increase our rank.
We managed to reach rank one and pull off a sizable lead over rank 2. I guess I have to thank patch v.149 for bringing us all back and put us working towards a goal we all share.

Yay! Finally got the Magnus Soul (not that its a good bonus pot stat) basically gonna keep farming Cygnus/Magnus shards till i get a Magnificent one. IDK if i prefer the Magnus or Cygnus animated soul thingy above my head. Purple... or Blue...

Never did any of that o-o. Normal Magnus gives me 2-3 Shards a day and I got 3 from my Hard Mode Run last week so ya :S (Easy Mode gave me nothing cause I was on no drop multipliers, but I've heard they also drop)

adding to this:
On 2x card + wolf + 135% gear, one magnus shard dropped from one easy magnus kill and none from the other. I also got 3 per hard magnus kill.
