Since you guys have the blades, but don't have Dual Blades, I think it's somewhat safe to say that this was indeed a GMS exclusively created thing. Unless you guys have Dual Bladers.

How do you activate the Malady? I visited it on a mule that was in Vic and it wouldn't do anything for me, but the char is lv.38 and I don't think it participated last year.
