Anyone want to bet that something about this island has to do with Elbaf? You know, the country where giants in One Piece come from- like Dory, Brogy, and the giants from Enies Lobby.
Well, if you haven't noticed, "Elbaf" backwards is "Fable". It's been long speculated that it's an island of mythological creatures and stuff. The frozen giant bodies, the kids, and the fawn people (what we just learned when Sanji stripped a gas mask henchman) probably are some kind of tie-in to Elbaf. I'm not saying this island is Elbaf, but Elbaf might have something to do with what's going on in this arc. Centaur people have nothing to do with Elbaf, though- we pretty much know for fact that they're probably created by Law's powers. They stated they're trying to get revenge on the "samurai who cut them", it's a pretty obvious clue that it's Law.
Also, LAW. His Room ability is totally badass. Turning entire rivers and battleships upside-down?! AW YEAH.

I just remembered, do you remember the last time we saw Capone and his ship was mid air post war arc? I think Law defeated and gave him to the marines.

That'd be a nice gift to become a Shichibukai, but that wouldn't really raise his bounty any, besides maybe for comparison purposes.

I think the actual bounty raise was because he assisted luffy during the war.

It looks a lot like Law's power, now that I think about it. Was it actually confirmed that he was in the New World when this happened? Because Law was still hanging out on the other side of the Grand Line, biding his time while he simply stood back and watched what Kid and Blackbeard could do until he decided it was right to make his move, I look this scene up for you and this information about where Law was can be found in the chapter after the one Capone was last shown in. It could work if Capone hadn't gone over yet.

Teaming up with Luffy and Kid on Sabaody as well as successfully evading them helped him out too. The rest was probably him just absolutely wrecking pirates up in the New World and possibly killing.

It was more of a guess than a "IT WAS THIS". It looks like his power, and I think the demonstration this last chapter confirmed it. If I recall copone was heading towards the new world but was taking his time. All based on memory though

Also I have to say the anime for one piece is really good. Barely any filler, great music, and really place the appropriate mood that one piece tries to reflect.
