It just didn't look right. It looks like a giant plush especially at that angle.
I couldn't tell if it was a "real" pikachu or not. That face just looks so lifeless.

I don't know about his other punches but fsmash definitely did, which i'm sure is the attack in this picture.
I'm unsure what mario is doing to clank with it though...it looks like fireball but fireball shouldn't have the priority to clank like that...

Maybe it's marios fsmash too. It's a palm strike type thing isn't it? Although I seem to remember it having a fire effect in earlier games. Maybe it doesn't appear if the attack clashes with someone elses.

Unless they changed the animation for Forward Smash to look identical to Neutral B.
Mario confirmed top tier, Neutral B higher priority than Forward Smashes.

I have absolutely no doubts that young/toon will keep his "pull you in with multiple hits" while link will keep his "one hit, one kill" type. (well, link's is actually 3 hits throughout the animation but it's strong enough to kill is the point)
Young/toons will just be slightly better if it has more range...of course, link's range could be lessened in this pic which would be a nerf for him. I'm just wondering which of it looks more likely from the pic.

God, I hope not, Link is a bad enough character in brawl as it is, without getting nerfed some more.
