Apparently, the only weapon released this update that isn't buggy is the Flying Guillotine.

MuscleWizard already noted being able to increase building HP with the Red-Tape Recorder (also it takes two Homewrecker hits to remove it among other bugs)
The Neon Annihilator's -20% swing speed is actually a -20% damage penalty
And the Huo Long Heatmaker doesn't use up ammo when firing

Except the cleaver's a secondary weapon. But to make the most of the weapon, you have to equip the Sandman, so I guess it all works out.

Surprisingly, there was an update today.

Damaged Capacitors can now be equipped in the Misc. slot (though they don't do anything)

And another bloodstain appeared on the Blog, which leads to the (not obscured this time) Last Will and Testament of Zephaniah Mann (last seen during the 2009 Halloween update, partially obscured)

Oh, and there's carrier tanks in some maps' skyboxes.
