Original Dragon Nest Thread - Holypie - 2011-08-03 I usually only die to Saslavan once on master but when Ray and I duoed it we died 3 or 4 times each. The difficulty gap is huge Original Dragon Nest Thread - Secun - 2011-08-03 Holypie Wrote:I usually only die to Saslavan once on master but when Ray and I duoed it we died 3 or 4 times each. Original Dragon Nest Thread - KhainiWest - 2011-08-03 When should I start being self concious of drops? Like, when they start becoming something to look into keeping? I mean I havent got passed level 10, i got a few sets of onyx (Like 80) im assuming they are worthless but yeah lol Original Dragon Nest Thread - Secun - 2011-08-03 KhainiWest Wrote:When should I start being self concious of drops? Don't worry about drops unless they say something like "Used for crafting", or if they're green/blue equips/sparks Original Dragon Nest Thread - KhainiWest - 2011-08-03 Secun Wrote:Onyx Fragments aren't really worth keeping if you're not going to craft them into Crude Onyx. I like that. Original Dragon Nest Thread - Holypie - 2011-08-03 KhainiWest Wrote:Do they sell well I mean are they just like NPC food, and Im assuming like a green level 5 item is worthless, so what level do they become worth it attempting to sell It depends on how much you have. Just look it up on the marketplace, pick up all equipment anyway. If it's garbage, NPC it. Look for stuff that's around 2+ gold on the market. Original Dragon Nest Thread - Ampule - 2011-08-03 Finally got online in Dragon Nest. Can someone show me their build for Paladin? Or link me to a nice guide that I can use? Original Dragon Nest Thread - Worthyness - 2011-08-03 Ampule Wrote:Finally got online in Dragon Nest. Can someone show me their build for Paladin? Or link me to a nice guide that I can use? For all builds i would go with the general research from google. From there, some of the forums mentioned in this thread are good for looking at, but Dragon nest is different in that you would want more skills than higher level skills. Since i'm a Pally, I'm leaning towards a hybrid build because it allows you to be defensive/second healer with the ability to also attack. Specifics: Google "Dragon nest + paladin build" You will get at least 3 different builds frompeople wondering i you want your 3rd job to be a crusader (magic based + attack) or a guardian (super omega tank + physical/magical capabilities, but not to the level of a crusader) I chose to do both (but more emphasis on the Guardian tree as i like support more than fighting). So i'll get like level 1 in the skills on the Crusader tree, and buff up more on the defensive abilities of the Guardian and the Cleric (i.e. more SP spent on that tree). For example, I have SP spent on lightning bolt, Holy relic, and the hammer buff after it, but also have SP in healing, Divine Ascension, and auto block. Original Dragon Nest Thread - Secun - 2011-08-03 Yeah, any decent build is going to use skills from both lines, like I'm going to be a Crusader but I'm getting skills from the Guardian line up to Iron Will so I won't die all the time. Original Dragon Nest Thread - CommanderJinn - 2011-08-03 Weird, I'm getting the software exception disconnect error when I try logging in now. Original Dragon Nest Thread - Ampule - 2011-08-03 Well I'm done with my first day of actually playing Dragon Nest. My hard drive didn't fry on my desktop which is a good sign. ![]() I got to level 6 with not very much playing time. Im just wondering, does leveling stay just as easy as it has been, or does it get progressively harder? If it stays the same, I could possibly hit 24 in one or two more days. Also, thanks for the advice on Paladin builds you guys. I'm happy with my current application of my SP. ![]() In regards to scales, what kinda stuff has everyone else bought? I personally got Scarlet Eyes, and thats it. I love the look of my eyes though. Original Dragon Nest Thread - ShinkuDragon - 2011-08-03 weren't the scarlet eyes part of the default eye colors? just wondering. and i bought the second begginer package, LOVING that extra inventary. the game does get a bit harder grind-wise, but nothing too serious until 10 or so, then it picks back up. Original Dragon Nest Thread - CommanderJinn - 2011-08-03 The game itself is pretty easy, grind is usually between 14-16 and 23-24 so far. Also bought the premium package. Extra inventory space is a god send. Quick question guys, I got myself this epic plate for Spiritual focus (archer skill) and it splits off into 12% buff time extention and -90% mp usage. Which should I take? Original Dragon Nest Thread - Reako - 2011-08-03 Right, I'm downloading this game now, probably gonna play on the Argenta server. I'll post back here when I get a name/character picked out, if anyone who plays there has guilds and etc. And yeah, all the hacking going on in MS's pvp right now chased me off this direction

Has anyone changed any game or system settings that has helped a lot? I might increase the brightness just to make things easier to see. Original Dragon Nest Thread - CommanderJinn - 2011-08-03 So guys, I've been wondering if I should hoard and buy off all the cheap Red Army Commander seals so that I can either use them or resell them when the official client comes out with the Minotaur nest. Considering the drops from the nest are required to forge epic stuff.
