For Arcglaive VS Diersa, I read earlier that from normal to slow it's a 15/13 factor, so a 120 Arcglaive is around 137 Diesra in terms of DPS.
But there are other factors, like the Diesra leveling, the posibility of adding stats with maker, the scroll failing (there's a chance of missing one of the vega scrolls, or even 2 or 3)

Depends on your other gear, of course...
If you have about +30 attack (gloves and stuff) and use a 12 atk pot, 13/15*(140+x+30+12) = 115.7 + 0.87 x + 30 + 12
So eg. x = 5, the Arcglaive needs 120.03 atk to match a 145 atk Diesra. Not counting the STR, but both weapons will have a decent amount of str.

Will a 109att hellslayer outdamage a 97att karstan?
Also, are eclipses, hellslayers, red surfboards and zedbugs all the same speed? I see a lot of talk about fast(#) and slow(#) but really don't know anything about them...

idk about the karstan/hellslayer. In the data the speed for weapons is given a number, the higher the slower. There are Faster weapons, which all have a speed of 3 (Shinobi bracer is only one i can think of) Fast weapons, which either have speeds of 4 (most claws, daggers, lunchboxes/ red katana) or 5 (all Fast polearms, all knuckles and guns, most 1h swords). "Normal" is speed 6 only. "Slow" is speed 7 (eclipses, and i think red surfboards fall here) and speed 8 (Most slow PA's fall here, as do most spears). "Slower" is usually 9 and up. I should also mention that booster for most classes reduces the speed by 2, Arans lowers it by 3 at levels 15 and above. Speed infusion lowers it by 1 from levels 1-10 and 2 at levels 11 and up. Also, currently in GMS (and all other versions i believe) speed 2 is the highest you can go. Believe that would be Fastest, but as a weapon doesnt exist with that as its base speed, it doesnt really have a name.

I bought a STR Crystal and a Dark Crystal, and I gonna be needing any items for job advancements as an Aran, I'm level 47, so I know there wasn't for second job except the things you generally need, 30 items for what ever, but I want to know if I need the crystals I bought, or if I can resell them.

Kartsan is nromal 6, and I'm pretty sure hellslayer is slow 8. Kartsan will be better DPS for those #s (In the gereral case)

Sorry if this is a wierd question, but I thought people said smart knockback is able to work on bosses as well. But apparently it's not... Is this intended? I knew people were saying how useful this would be at PB if it did...o.o

My friend currently has a 120 red surfboard and a 109 arcglaive and he's wondering which to go with.

They changed it. @ above, i think they said its 5% of total weapon attack (for normal6 vs slow7). So add up everything they have with WATK (gloves, shoes, belt, typical attack pot, etc) then add that to both weapons. See if there is more than a 5% difference between them. If so, then the 120 is better (unless he has a LOT of attack gear this is more likely) if not, then the arcglaive is better

Pretty sure in the general case, arcglaive is better.
With apples, i'm 100% sure arcglaive is better.

I just hit 45 on my Aran and I'm wondering if I'm supposed to miss as much as I am doing Normal Mode on PyPQ. Do I need to raise my acc more or is it just a gameplay mechanic that I will miss some monsters in a mob on a regular basis?
Current acc is 76ish.
