Kimagure Jankenpon! is the best OP though.
Psycho Pass 02: I was surprised how fast this episode went by because nothing really happened in it, but it really set the atmosphere for the show well. Best OP/ED this season, imo.
K 03: Not to sound homophobic, but this is pretty gay.
Robotic;Notes 02: I'm sad there's no Itou Kanako/PHANTASM OP/ED, but this is going strong so far. I was worried because I heard sales were abysmal for the VN when it first came out.
Stupid 8th Graders 03: who are actually 10th graders, I'm impressed by the animation, but this is still embarrassing. I'm wondering how polygon this show will become. It hurts me a bit to see hair treated like this though... Also, it looks like it would be painful to have balls at the bottom of such long tails.

Hayate no Gotoku! Can't Take My Eyes Off You 03: HINA IS NOT UNDERRATED. The design change was most noticeable in this episode for me anyways. It's definitely not up to par with season 1 or 2 in most ways, but it's pretty good for an original story. Thank God Hata Kenjirou had input on that.

It's been an on/off thing for the whole show. Which is a little unfair, since he is a rather emotional character who's attached to quite a few other characters and ideals. But his expression of all that is frequently flat and unconvincing. I suppose part of the point is that he's happy and having fun when he flexes his sword skills and they make sure to show that. He's just more fun to watch in that mode.

Personally, I feel that all of the Hidamari OPs are incredibly good.

This is the tipping point that makes me say this show is awesome. A fantastic world-building job with tons of questions remaining, but quite a few answered in this episode (all the prologue scenes from previous episodes). I am excited.
This season is awesome. Multiple sci-fi shows off to rock-solid starts, Jojo and Ixion DT providing unbelievable amounts of completely serious and psychological humor, even a good rom-com (Perhaps the rarest treat of all given my tastes - props to Tonari no Kaibutsu). There's a pair of good shounens and there's K, which is... cool or something. I don't what what it qualifies as yet, but I like it.

pomegranate, I get the vibe that most of the anime community - at best - thinks of SAO as the most entertaining near-trainwreck since Guilty Crown/Eureka AO (Neither of which are very old, so... "lovable trainwreck of the season"?)
But even as someone who hasn't read the novels, the article only hits the stronger points of the show. Sadly, the comments won't load, so I can't have a laugh over those.

Personally, I love the novels. The anime leaves out a ton of important details and feels way too rushed at times (well, they do have a time limit of approximately 23 minutes to meet...).

One of the worst things that ever happened to me as a viewer of television and movies was the point several years ago where I was suddenly able to determine if what I was watching an adaption without knowing before hand. It makes me sad to be watching something totally new to me and just know "something is missing here". I think watching the movie "The Golden Compass" was the defining moment for that. I left the theater thinking, "that was enjoyable, but I get the feeling it could've been more enjoyable". which pretty much sums up SAO. Shame I've had such a hard time getting into actually reading manga/source materials.

The only true trainwreck is Geass, people shouldn't throw that term around casually! EVERYTHING doesn't go wrong in anything else. SAO has not even achieved multitrack drifting yet!

I'm guessing along with MP5, there's MP7, UMP, and a bunch of pistols? There's 9 sound effects, and there's 9 H&K Pistols, with the 3 aforementioned SMGs, and I'm sure they already established MP5 earlier in the series. Anyways, this was quite the fanserviced OVA. Very nice.

Can't wait to see the actual battle, since if everyone's guns were bouncing the PzIV, Matildas are going to walk through them, which is where a StuG with a position where it doesn't have to turn to aim comes in. I also want to know what technology they have that makes live ammo not kill them.

They really changed the animation. In the manga, Alibaba was ALMOST as much of a greedy ass as that fat merchant guy. It really made the scene with the wine stand out and make him look somewhat human to Alladin, which is why he followed Alibaba in the first place; in fact, EVERY character at the beginning is a complete plantain besides Alladin and that was the first time the poor kid had ever seen someone do something good for someone else. It took a HUGE amout of character development over a long period of time for manga Alibaba to even be close to ep1 animation Alibaba, which is why I'm somewhat worried that this show won't be as long as it could be since pomegranate just plain won't make sense later on; it will either look like people are underreacting or overreacting in a ton of situations, depending on the amount they scaled the personalities.
Side note, I would totally let Morgiana kick my skull in, those feet man...

I hadn't watched ep4 yet, so after seeing this I figured I would. That wasn't even TLRD level ecchi. Nothing you don't see in your generic ecchi romance show.
Sword Art Online 17 - If it wasn't for Suguha and Yui being in this arc, I probably would not want to watch it very much because of the whole NTR-flirting that comes along with Sugou.
