And on top of that, I ranked down from Epic to Rare, and you can't go past Unique with these new circulators. Go pineapple yourself Nexon, why not just sell perfect equips and level 250 characters in the Cash Shop while you're at it?

And yeah, all rank circs = 1 ability circ, so stack up on 8-rank as they are the cheapest. I found out my own after I bought 3 special circs, couldn't use, and exchanged. Realized I wasted like 30 coins on 3 instead of like 10 8's :/

And you also get circs from runs still. I got about 6 after enough runs for 150 coins.
