Looks like Twitch got a facelift on his ability icons.
Can't wait to try the new Twitch! (probably gonna play him in the AD carry role)

(Note: 15 / 25 / 35 bonus AD --> 20 / 28 / 36 bonus AD)
-Spray and Pray costs 50 and 25 less mana to activate at ranks 1 and 2 respectively.
(Note: 150 mana at all ranks --> 100 / 125 / 150 mana)
-Spray and Pray no longer has an attack limit. On average, this gives 3 to 5 attacks more then before.
-These are the base stat improvements:
Attack Range changed to 550 from 500
Base mana increased to 220 from 180
Mana per level increased to 40 from 35
Base mana regen increased to 1.3 from 1.29
Base health increased to 389 from 356
Health per level increased to 81 from 78
There has been some discussion whether Twitch's Spray and Pray should have a small AS buff when activated. (Solcrushed has said he will definitely take a look to see if Twitch needs a small AS buff to his S&P, and decide accordingly)
Otherwise, those changes listed above = I like.

I was playing without any runes, but trying twitch i found him to be lacking. Felt like i did no damage at all until i had 6 items and could vaporize everyone with spray and pay.
I thought they said they were making Expunge worth it late game but it doesn't do very much damage at all. Needs a bigger scaling i feel.

So Nocturne has officially dethrowned Irelia for the "Better Nerf" meme. Sad. If the nerfs to him keep up at his rate, he'll be below current Eve-tier in two or so patches.
The Sona buffs are quite nice though. I don't know what's the reasoning for buffing her AA missile, but I'll take it.

They're trying to make her a poke support with a little sustain on the side.

The voidling AI buff is the best part, especially the part where voidlings stop trying to be Teemo and scout ahead when Malz is in a bush.

Sona buffs won't improve her very much I think. She's too mana intensive to spam that much and she can't reliably poke that much because she either gets outsustained/shielded by janna/soraka while they poke back or she puts herself too much at risk to get combo'ed by aggressive supports like leona/taric/alistar. She just needs to get some buffs on her values and a better AA range imo. I want my Caitlyn/Sona nightmare lane back. Also no Zyra <.< I hope the reconnection improvements help me out with my dc problem. Malz buffs are looking great to me. Urgot was actually nerfed a lot, right? Evelynn seems exciting but Twitch still seems underpowered to me. I'd wish they stopped nerfing Morgana. If you're able to dodge her bind she falls apart and is very manageable in lane if you have an ap carry that does some good consistent AoE damage that can't get pushed that easily. Her ultimate is pretty good but puts her at a lot of risk at the same time. Nice buff for the farming plank. I wish they would stop wasting so much resources on bots. They were fine as they were even before the whole bots overhaul to me. They can't make them suitable for both new and expert players at the same time if they don't start adding a hard ,and maybe later an insane, difficulty mode.
