It's possible.
Many funded shadowers can do this as well, going the lowdex route while not needing to wear strength gear or add points and still wear a khanjar.
With a chaos zak helm and horntail pendent, you can easily get 41 + 21 = 62 str + 4 base = 68 strength already. a few more from zombie rings/resistance ring and you can wear the level 90 strength dagger. Not that it really helps or hurts you in anyway. If it's a decently scrolled dagger, you can use if you want to.

Putting some money into STR dagger such as a Pescas will actually be better in the long run, seeing as Pescas have 2 more attack than a Killic. But there is always the doubt of losing out on some precious str when upgrading items. I decided to just go killic, and save myself the trouble for the 2 extra ATT.
But if you still want to use a pescas, the easiest way will be to get a Chaos HTP and a Chaos Zak. That automatically puts you at 66 strength. 7 Str from Evolving ring puts you at 73, and from your other rings puts you above 75. But if you decide to upgrade a certain item, you may be limited because you will not be able to sacrifice even 1 str.

Jesters do like no damage, so im thinking about just getting like 10 BoT before MG.
Also, because pots are so cheap, having the damage you take=meso you lose seems expensive.

I'm going to assume you have max MG, and you are taking 100 damage without MG.
With MG, cut that damage to 50. For every 100 damage without MG you take, 30 mesos is wasted. 20 damage just goes away.

Uhm yeah but scrolls are basically same drop rate = low; and Steal doesn't work on bosses.
I mean. You get naked and wear a level 10 dagger and Steal a monster 80 times and get 80 sets of drops. Once you Steal, that's the monsters drops.

I've actually been leveling a cb lately, and i did find out that steal can steal regular monster drops(i got like a warrior top or something from using steal). So yea i believe it could steal scrolls but in the end you would be better off just killing monsters to get the drops instead of hoping for steal to acquire it.
It was completely useless pre-bb, but now that it mobs and does better damage, you'll find yourself pretty much using it for 80-90% of 2nd job to train.

Question about CB's Meso Explosion.
How exactly does the range thing works? Sometimes ME attacks a whole platform of monsters ~6 times. Other times it only hits one or two monsters three times even with the floor flooded with coins.
I've also noticed during an Ani PQ run that if I face the monster and explode the coins it only hits Ani three times. If I explode the coins while facing away from the boss, it hits ~6 times or so.
Also, I've never seen ME hit a monster 15 times.
What am I doing wrong?

Where p is the player, m are monsters, y is "newer" coins, and x is "older" coins, it'll explode the x coins in its range. Not too sure what happens when x and y coins are in range, though.

Steal doesn't add to drops, either - when you steal an item, the mob can't drop that item anymore. And you can only steal once from any monster.
It can steal when you miss though, so you could go farm high level mobs...

11x DEXless Hermit, planning to strip it and re-equip it because I made the wrong purchases. It's got 6-9% LUK gear atm because I didn't think I could afford more at the time, and I decided that it's better off to buy a couple of 15% than to plaster myself in 6-9%s.
The only equips I'm going to keep are:
- Evo ring 1
- Evo ring 2
- Resistance ring/Crit ring (switching from Resistance to Crit when I have enough DEX)
- 9% LUK 3 line epic HTP
Once I sell everything else, I'll have around 6b (3.3b in WS because I'm transferring + selling the rest of my equips once I get there) to spend. I don't want to sell the HTP until I get a new cape/earrings/shoes etc etc. So, (almost) stripped NL2be. I'm putting aside 3b for a 9x craven/sleve, so I only have 3b to spend really. Last time I bought equips, I had 6-9% LUK stuff, but I don't want to do that this time because I think it's better to get 15% on one equip than to have 3% LUK on 5 different equips. What should/can I get with this 3b?
Another thing. I have a 9% LUK epic 2 line 23/23/22/21 CZak that I WAS going to try to sell for 700-800 (don't know prices). Should I keep this, or sell it? I'm probably only going to get like a 15% LUK earring and a 12-15% LUK cape before my funding runs out, so I'd need to buy a new CZak and all that. If I keep it, I'll be down to like 2.2b... which can get me like what, one 15% and an epic 9% if I'm lucky?
I don't spend rl money to cube, so I need to buy everything precubed.

What matters is the total, it makes no difference if you have five 6% LUK equips or two 15%, your damage would be the same. It's not that I care about how much a single equip gives, but I prefer having 15% luk on one equip, rather than having 18% spread out over three because it means I can just buy 3% luk equips on everything else other than that equip, rather than having no room to stick a 3% or two by having awkward equips like 6%. I'm just not sure WHAT to change first though lol.

Sorry if this seems irrelevant, but how important is Fatal Blow to a Dual Blader? Is it used much later on or is it just a finishing skill? By not maxing it would I miss out on anything, because according to guides I've messed up by putting 10 points in Double Stab and then 1 into Triple Stab and left 2nd job with 17 Booster, needing 3 more to max it. Could I just pull out 3 from what would go into Fatal Blow to max it?

You don't need FB at all. Most people get it to use after CoH but I prefer using 2 USs instead.
Also, 1 PhB > FB+CoH anyway.
Nevertheless, you'll probably end up having to use spare points on it anyway.
