My first Impressions:
  • Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol: I liked the health bonus on the Milkman already, and this is also a nice buff. The no falling damage is also nice since most of the time I waste a double jump on that. The slower firing speed shouldn't hurt much since you use it mostly to finish people off, and pyros kill you already at close range.
  • Baby Face's Blaster: Bad. You start as a slower scout, and end with a not jumping scout. Both scouts are less efficient scouts. The less damage doesn't help.
  • The Cleaner's Carbine: I only use the SMG when flanked, and that's rarely by more than 1 person. However 100% crits is very nice when you are.
  • The Hitman's Heatmaker: Reminds me of the Bazaar Bargain, this time without penalty for missing. Good for very good snipers.
  • The Beggar's Bazooka: Usefull for shooting rockets around corners, but most of the time peeking 4 times is more effective. I don't understand the overloading, and no ammo from dispensers can be annoying on low metal maps and for allied engineers.
  • The Scorch Shot: AoE flaregun without manual detonation. Use this over the flaregun if you want to light people on fire instead of doing damage. Knockback will be rarely usefull I think.

Teufort's been a map since 1996.

It's gone through many iterations since then. 2fort4, 2fort5, 2fort, ctf_2fort, and, most recently, "That Place Where There's 7 Engineers and 9 Snipers per team"

Pistol: Has potential
Scattergun: Looks like a crutch
SMG: I'd try it
Sniper Rifle: A gun to encourage headshots? Do want
Rocket Launcher: Burst rockets? Me gusta!
Flare Gun: An AoE Airblast-esque ranged weapon for Pyro? Oh ho ho, this sounds really nice as a side-grade to Flare Gun

I meant as a new map in the area or a variation of CTF_2Fort like turning Gorge into 5Gorge.

That Scout pistol does seem promising. The firing speed reduction could be bad though.

The rest are side-grades at best. The rocket launcher could be nice, but I wouldn't know, I don't play a lot as Soldier.

And now I shall be even more scared of Pyro than ever before.

What's there to not understand? Pyro is completely batsh'it insane and he thinks he's only "helping" people when he's actually killing them in very horrific ways.




KNOW WHAT, THIS OPENS THE POSSIBILITY PYRO REALLY IS A NICE/PACIFISTIC PERSON, BUT CAN'T KILL FOR HIS/HER TEAM UNLESS HE HAS THAT MASK ON, BECAUSE ONLY WITH THE MASK ON CAN HE/SHE BE AN EFFECTIVE KILLER.
