Ok, so I am coming here again to ask for some advise on my build.

So far I have:
1 Blizzard
6 Strafe
6 Saved Points

Now here is where my question comes in, I cannot find a free channel at the Lower Ascent during 2x events and I want to take advantage of so some possible 4x, so should I add those 6 saved points into 5 Mortal Blow and 1 Arrow Eruption or keep on adding to Strafe like I planned? If I do add those points to get Arrow Eruption, I would probably keep on adding until I get 11 Arrow Eruption and then max Strafe.

Arrow Eruption helps me train at Lower Ascent.

Especially when KSers see it done they F6 and leave.

Has anyone even SEEN a Marksman use Eagle after they get Freezer? Is it even remotely useful?

I imagine it would be useful at the Lower Ascent instead of spamming Blizzard and Power Knock-Back.

I also forgot to mention that if I do get Arrow Erruption, I'll head over to Herb Town and go train at Pirates.

Well they would have to use Eagle on things that are unfreezable, like Crimson Guardians. Other than that, I haven't really heard of Marksmen using Eagle that much.

Just as a point of reference, are the CWK Caverns any good for training? (Specifically the WR/SB one, and the SB/FB one)

I tried Cavern of Jack at level 81 and it was decent, but not better than Squids unless I tanked hits. Never touched the other one, though 2nd form Firebrands fly so it'd be annoying to say the least.

Why does almost every archer seem to prefer an overall over a top/bottom? Above-average tops/bottoms are extremely easy to find in MTS for 221 (at least female ones), giving 6 stats already as compared to like 10? stats for overalls. Average ones also come straight from NPCs. To me, it seems like the only advantages of using overalls are the 5-stat giving 30%s and a small clean stat advantage, but the advantages of using tops/bottoms are much better being that they are cheaper and easier to find, their scrolls are cheaper, you can land more 30%s because they're separate pieces of equipment, they have an extra 4 slots in total over overalls, the 70% scrolls give the same bonus as 60% overall scrolls, they can be used at a lower level, and a nice speed bonus comes from bottomwear dex. Am I missing something here? O_o

No one scrolls their overalls for 60%s unless it's a Bathrobe or a Sauna. People don't scroll Bathrobes and Saunas for Bowmen. They scroll them for Pirates, Thieves, and Warriors. If you scroll a Top/Bottom Archer set, you're losing money because you're likely to never sell it to someone for a profit. I wouldn't buy a Top/Bottom Set. I'd much rather use a 100%ed Bathrobe, and then a Kismet/Lumati because I know that the minor difference in stats is not a big difference for Archers so early on, especially for the cost of scrolling a Top and Bottom, considering the amount you'd blow up.

I was talking about using 60%s after you've had your share of 30% successes... and why would I want to resell for profit if I only want it to keep for myself? If it's not good enough, I'd 30% it no matter what slot it's at O_o

Also, wouldn't scrolling a kismet/lumati be even more costly because of the cost of 30% overall dex scrolls as opposed to that of topwear str and bottomwear dex scrolls?

early 8x on my Outlaw:
25% @ Lower Ascent
23% @ Cavern of Pain
18% @ Squids

I found Stormbreakers to be almost just as good as Windraiders. 5 hits for 1650 exp as opposed to 2 hits for 800 exp. It should be even better for archers since, y'know, you can actually mob them D:

Maxed boost is better. Snipe can only be used to its max damage potential at bosses, and it barely shows itself until it's maxed.

But maxed SE is even better than that, and a blend better still.

[SIZE="1"]yea its cheaper to scroll but its alot harder to resell especially a female set it took me a couple months before mine sold ><[/SIZE]

oh sorry, I forgot to specify it was for bossing. at around level 140. so snipe > boost then?

Now that I'm level 83, and have my 10 strafe/21 AE, I'm pretty sure I can take on Gobies now, I went there a messed around and regular no X exp is pretty good.

I'm sick of Windraiders so would gobies be a good place to go?

I vote Eagle, since it helps a lot on monsters you can't freeze. I find Thrust horribly useless what with mounts, the likelihood of being partied with a NL when training, and all the speed you can get from your equips. Some people find it useful though. Arrow Blow sucks, I dunno why you took 13 points out of Soul Arrow for it o___o

Why is AB helpful? For big numbers? Max MB is better damage than 14 AB if all you wanna see are numbers.
