But realistically speaking, only viable for mexos though. Not as if they really need the regen though....

Since the Priest Patch the few times I've been on my M. Exo it's not uncommon for me to me out of MP in the first 3-5 rooms. You tell me. D:<

How is it only good for Magic? I can skill spam till I'm empty, then put on my regen gear and browse the internet for 2 minutes or so then I'm good to go.

I like my regens on me as I burn mp, sort of like this dampener really before going black

With the Dungeons of Love event, you can get +2 to all skills after burning through 186 total FP (you get more FP by burning through a certain # of FP). So I guess with an avatar top that makes 1 (default) + 1 (avatar) + 2 (event). It's only on 6 different days though...
