Ask a Pirate Thread - DrRusty - 2008-11-11 Daniel Wrote:I guess that answers it http://www.southperry.net/forums/showpost.php?p=88834&postcount=447 wow..... so 40k HP added onto whatever the base HP is for lvl 10 battleship, and then 2k HP per lvl. So say you're lvl 150 (about the lvl you're decently useful at HT) that's 140k HP on top of whatever the base already is. Hmm... That might only last about 2 minutes lol. (heyyyy same as super transform) Usin this info though, wouldn't it be better to leave your battleship at lvl 1? 9 lvls of battleship would only be 36k HP. But in return for having 36k hp less durability, you have a 90 second cooldown time. If you leave it at lvl 1, you could probably stay battleshipped throughout 90% of the HT run, and an entire zakum run. The only thing adding more points into battleship does, is give you slightly more durability HP, and more defense anyways. Not to mention adding more points increases the LONG ASS cooldown. LvL 1 will have half the cooldown time, but only lose 2/5 of it's hp. Ask a Pirate Thread - Kirov - 2008-11-11 ItzTaylor Wrote:Thnx for find. I was wondering the same. http://www.southperry.net/forums/showpost.php?p=12985&postcount=1 Ask a Pirate Thread - Kaasoljoyyx - 2008-11-11 JoeTang Wrote: I was using the data available to me and making arguments/points on that. Since the data wasn't 100% accurate to my argument, obviously my argument doesn't work anymore and I apologize for giving out false information as I was under a different impression due to different info. With the new information I have which is correct to best of my knowledge, then yes gunslingers would have to hp if they want to HT and they would have to hp wash if they wish to go to bottom of newties earlier. Again, I apologize for giving out false information due to misleading data/info. Ask a Pirate Thread - Dusk - 2008-11-11 I don't know why everyone says you need 3000 HP to tank a hit from a Nest Golem. I have a bit over 300 defense, and even the strongest hits barely pass 2800, while most of the attacks do 26xx damage. I see NLs taking 28xx and 29xx all the time. Archers take less damage than thieves. Anyway, Corsairs will have a good level of STR, so they should take about the same damage as archers. Bottoming Nests isn't a problem by the time Newties is actually the best place to train. Why the hell would you want to bottom before 105? Good luck finding a party. I went and got 1hko'ed several times, usually taking about 2950ish. Of course, I don't have a zhelm otherwise I'd be seeing lower damages too. I have a lv 90 pirate hat, from ppq, and the damage from a nest was not too high... around 2.6k, I remember. I have a lot of defense, I have to admit :p but not a zakum helmet. Level 100, and below when I tested it. What's sure is that I had less than 2.9k hp, and survived. Ask a Pirate Thread - Dusk - 2008-11-11 psychopat Wrote:Archers don't take any less than thieves. Ask a Pirate Thread - Granada - 2008-11-11 Can you climb a rope/ladder with ur ship? O_o Whats the stats of the ship again? Question 3: How do Cash Shop weapons for "All Weapons" mask guns? Wouldn't some of them look stupid? Ask a Pirate Thread - Kirov - 2008-11-11 ItzTaylor Wrote:Thankyou. I am pretty sure they don't. Unless they updated them in other versions after pirates release. Ask a Pirate Thread - ItzTaylor - 2008-11-11 So then they should put, All Weapons, except guns. ![]() I think I saw in a video a cool cash shop gun. It was a spray can or something. Do want. Ask a Pirate Thread - NoWaizMatt - 2008-11-11 How easilly does a Gunslinger's Ship get pwn't at bosses like HT/Zak? Ask a Pirate Thread - Kirov - 2008-11-11 ItzTaylor Wrote:So then they should put, All Weapons, except guns. I have seen 2 cash shop guns and 4 knuckles. There is also a transparent knuckle. They are all in the updated banned story. I am not sure we will get the huge ass gun though as we never got that crossbow one. Ask a Pirate Thread - Corn - 2008-11-11 NoWaizMatt Wrote:How easilly does a Gunslinger's Ship get pwn't at bosses like HT/Zak? Depends on how much HP the ship has, but it is easily very quickly. Credits to KazootheBat and Tak3backer for discovering the HP Wrote:Battleship is a unique skill, it acts like a mount. You can board it to attack and then de-mount it to use your other skills. Only when you take an "excessive" amount of damage will it "break", and prevent you from using Battleship for the given cooldown time. It has been discovered recently that the HP of the ship is not solely dependent on the ships SP level but on the characters level as well. Simply put, 1 level of SP = 4k ship HP and every level up after 120 adds another 2k HP. Meaning that at level 121 with level 1 ship it will have 6k HP and because of this, after level 125 it is most efficient to have level 1 ship for it's low cooldown time. The link to his post is on the page before this one. xD Kaasoljoyyx Wrote:Deputy star, zhelm, creates enough hp/def to take nest hits, maybe even a couple more levels. Or you could snipe jr newties some more or train somewhere else. How much did your exp rate shoot up? You do realize he's in KMS and they don't have deputy stars or parties to boost their exp/h right? You're comparing HP washing in KMS which has a lot more advantages...to HP washing here which doesn't have as many advantages but is still worth it. Also, iirc, AP resets are dirt cheap everywhere except GMS. Dr.rusty Wrote:wow..... so 40k HP added onto whatever the base HP is for lvl 10 battleship, and then 2k HP per lvl. Yeah, thought so. Ask a Pirate Thread - Itachi54647 - 2008-11-11 Right now i have a pre pirate at lvl 10 82% and I was wondering if when i get the pirate advancement, will i be given exp? Im also talking about the series of quests you have to do for pirate. If so will this make me level up? Im asking because I dont want to level up or i will lose a skill point. Ask a Pirate Thread - Russt - 2008-11-11 No you won't. Not anymore. Ask a Pirate Thread - Itachi54647 - 2008-11-11 Russt Wrote:No you won't.
