Man, that is ugly. I mean... it looks like a burned CD imitation that you used to see when people were afraid of being caught for pirating. They print of a JPEG cover and stick in in a THICK JEWEL CASE and ta da. Couldn't they have at least made a sleeve like Radiant Historia or used a THIN jewel case with some laminated artwork? I mean, seriously that image looks cheap.

Yeah. Oh well. It was free, so I can't complain.

In any case, when I popped it into my computer, all of the data on the CD was in Japanese - all of the song names, name of the game/sound track, and the name of the artist was all in Japanese. Of course, another thing struck me funny - They labled the artist as "Shigeru Miyamoto" instead of Koji Kondo or Mahito Yokota. I wonder why.

I haven't even gotten an email confirmation stating they've shipped the CD to my house :|
Last email I got was "Your reward order is currently being processed."

Neither did I. I just checked the Club Nintendo site until it said "shipped" in the order status box. It took about 4 days to arrive from then.

Got my CD today. It looks way better in person than ShiKages pictures. The front isn't just a piece of printed paper like I thought, hahaha. The manual thing is nice. Never going to listen to it, just wanted it out of principle, especially after OoT being such a huge letdown.

My dad just handed the CD to me a couple minutes ago. I so happyz, but holy crap at 51 listed songs.

Majora's Mask might be getting a 3DS Remake soon.

http://mynintendonews.com/2011/07/23/nintendo-3ds-nintendo-are-discussing-the-legend-of-zelda-majoras-mask-3ds-remake/

Quote:Great news for Nintendo fans as Zelda producer Eiji Aonuma has told US gaming publication Nintendo Power that the company are currently discussing whether to remake The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask for the Nintendo 3DS. Apparently if everyone makes enough noise then Nintendo will consider making Majora’s Mask 3D a reality.

Quote:After playing Ocarina of Time 3D, the next question that comes to mind is: Will we get a Majora’s Mask remake next?

Would you like to play such a remake?

Well, Yes!

It’s been 13 years since Ocarina of Time was originally released, and one of the big things that we made this remake possible was that there was an outpour of emotions from people who said they would like to see this game done. We said we could do it in 3D, so we did. I think certainly if there was a similar output of emotion and clamor from fans for a remake of Majora’s Mask, it wouldn’t be an utter impossibility.

Thinking on it now, having a handheld Majora’s Mask where you could kind of just set things down on your own time – close it, set it aside and come back to it later – might be a game play element some fans will actually take to and might really appreciate. Especially considering how you really had to rush through the original game, in a sense.

3DS discussion with Tokyo Gameshow Tidbits: Ace Vs. Layton - ShinkuDragon - 2011-07-23

but the rush of the game was what made it so good!

My dream come true...

3DS discussion with Tokyo Gameshow Tidbits: Ace Vs. Layton - Sarah - 2011-07-23

I would love that. Especially if, you know, they actually added some stuff to it and made it worthwhile. I already own Majora's Mask and while I wouldn't mind having a portable copy, I HATE buying ports with no new stuff. I regret purchasing OoT3D so much.

3DS discussion with Tokyo Gameshow Tidbits: Ace Vs. Layton - Lozmaster - 2011-07-24

pineapple more ports. I've had enough of them. I'm not buying any more lazy ports on the 3DS after tales of the abyss. And that ones only because it never came out in europe.

Developers can either make new games or I'll keep my money.

3DS discussion with Tokyo Gameshow Tidbits: Ace Vs. Layton - Mark - 2011-07-24

No! Let them get this out of their system, then they can make new games.

Majora's Mask is my favorite Zeruda...

You realize this is Nintendo right? Ports / rehashes everywhere!

Agreed, agreed, and more agreed.

This game is etched on my mind as the best one and I won't take no as an answer. I think I would play this one to no end... just like the original.
