No, the theme park will be a separate expansion of NLC, NLC has a lot of expansions coming, though this article makes it sound like its almost done already, which im a bit confused by.

I decided I would figure out which boss I would be a fking prick to once I found an elemental weakness. I chose Mr. Broadrim (Rellik, if what I'm hearing is correct) because he has fking annoying stun and that 1/1+poison snipe-esque attack.
