I don't recall them promising S nebs or a 2nd slot. I recall them saying S nebs were for "testing purposes".

Something has me thinking that Lefay and Crimsonheart were not exactly on good terms. Just my current reading of the content that has been given out.

It may be confirming my suspicions about being more about possible Crimsonheart content. The mechanical dragon also has me thinking we'll see more from Mesogears as well.

Why would anyone want new exclusive content if most if not all of it ends up as "1 good thing to do and everything else is filler"?

Please NexAm, I am begging you, just take the pieces of exclusive content you have already created and revamp them to something like Taiwan and Mushroom Shrine. Updating an existing area has to be way easier than developing something new, unless you're just gonna pull a Dawnveil and reuse a lot of junk to make your new content.

I wish I could be excited about this, wether it is a continuation to Masteria or Heaven Empire, but then I remember how bad all Commerci maps are and lose all hope.

Look at the maze to gollux, the mobs are just garbage. They seem to think that giving mobs what i'll call "placeholder" exp for their level is enough. No it just creates a dead zone much like Mushroom Shrine, Showa, Ulu City, Singapore and so many other areas.

Not like KMS content is any better.
Aqua, Ludi, Mu Lung, Leafre... even the brand new Korean Folk Town is just a theme dungeon: do the quests and never return. Except maybe moon bunnies which have good spawn.

The pics look interesting. He/ she appears to be evil but also has a mark on the head which means a possible spell of mind control or something. It is doubtful but maybe this blue mage could be a rival to the black mage? There are only a couple of castle locations, so the statue scene does narrow down the choices somewhat. Although I wonder if it is a picture of what happens after the blue mage is defeated or if it is the moment right before the blue mage breaks free of the statue?

In all the art posted so far, they all either have something close to a V, S, or W symbol, or they have none at all.
The symbols are throwing me off and making me think it's Dawnveil content, rather than Masteria. Even though I don't recall seeing those symbols on any Dawnveil NPC.

The closest thing that I can find that resembles anything close to their forehead marks is T-1337 with its big V in front.

But this probably means nothing and is just a mere coincidence.

Master Thief's statue has a W-like symbol on it's forehead but is not close to what it is like in the above pictures.

I think we can all fairly agree now that there's a very very good chance that this is a Masteria update. But just to confirm my thoughts, I noticed that KThxBaiNao posted on Reddit that there are indeed tidbits about future updates in the Maple Minutes (and I'm assuming that he's talking about the latest one, which is Ep. 2, since the thread is about Ep. 2 after all). I watched it over again but I couldn't find anything other than the extremely out of place M that replaced the regular M in MapleStory in the beginning of the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GRzAh0JH0PI)

I think the M might be part of the logo they're going to be using for the next update.

Am I the only creeped out by the faces in all the new art work? Those expressions are super weird and remind me of the Mushroom Kingdom shenanigans...
