Regardless of the name, I doubt he's going to last long.
He is, apparently, a long-time Mapler and still active as such. Nexon management is not going to trust him at all, as he'll be considered "on the players' side" (because, as we all know, to Nexon, players are enemies). Which in turns raises the risk of his bending over backwards to prove his loyalty to the company, becoming their apologist rather than our advocate.
I have no idea why they hired him. I suspect it's because Artasi recommended him and they needed someone to fill the role until they can hire someone more "reliable".
I am curious as to why an active streamer and friend of Artasi's, who wants to help MapleStory, never made it into the MLC.
Oh well, hopefully he'll prove me wrong, stick around for a good long while, and improve Mapler-Nexon communications as he seems eager to do.
On the plus side, he might speak Korean.
