Yeah, I'd suggest going through Moderator Contact in the Nexon forums. I've got it heard and dealt with twice, and they disappear from the rankings in one/two days. Whether they're banned or not is unknown.

With these 2 week bans on first offense botting that I've been hearing about, I wouldn't be surprised if they perma'd you on the second time. I'm pretty sure they did away with that 2/7/30 day ban system
