Dual Blade's "Attack Speed" - Duo - 2015-04-05
I tried and got the same result, ~570ms phantom blow and ~540ms blade fury.
At AS1, I get ~540ms phantom blow and ~510ms blade fury.
At AS0, I get ~480ms phantom blow and ~450ms blade fury.

According to this result, it is really happened.
But, I don't have the way to solve this mystery.
However, how did you get AS1 and AS0?

I think GMS has a different speed cap. Using something like a green monster park extreme potion or the dojo attack speed buff lets me go down to 0. It used to be possible to go negative.

In GMS, we can break the AS2 speed cap with the green potions from Monster Park Extreme.

GMS used to be able to go below AS0, it seems to have been patched at some point in the past few months though. The lowest AS I managed to get when I still played was AS-5:
Faster(3) weapon (Fan/Christmas Tree Dagger)
-2 from Dagger Booster
-1 from Monster Park Extreme Green Potion
-2 from Advanced Yellow Aura
-2 from Wind Booster/Speed Infusion
-1 from Rune of Swiftness
It was really crazy. The animations would glitch up sometimes because it was going too fast.
I recorded a video at Gollux with AS-1 (faster(4) dagger, -2 booster, -1 decent wind booster, -1 green potion, -1 rune of swiftness) if you want to see =P

IIRC the patch came from fixing the MPE Green potion when it wasn't working, and in doing so they fixed the whole damn thing...
Well... I really wish they didn't make the cap exist. It was probably the only source of DPS which gave an increasing return (with increasing attack speed). That really, really damaged the DPS of my BaM.
