- Judging by your previous post, that first line looked like you were trying to compare frozen orb to other strong ass skills.
- That phantom was hitting average 26m and it was killed in around 4 minutes, from the looks of it, it seems like any phantom that can hit beyond 10m on cvellum with that skill can kill it.

They actually fixed that with the patch that broke it, the cooldown's much more consistent now.
