40%, 50 coins. 100 leaves = 1 coin. I did a few evo runs, 30% spawn and 20% drop core with greed pend+spider got me ~2.8k/run.
Safetys are 110, limit of 5, prots are 125, limit of 15.

Shields 110 coins ea untradable 5 max per char.

Someone with 4x drop and a kanna got 9.1k leaves in a run.
Someone without anything at all got 1-3k leaves in a run.

The scrolls are 40% success 30% boom. Leaves are 100 per coin. EVO and DIPQ drop leaves and boxes.

Not having 100% boom pleases me, but my cannon is too good to risk blowing up regardless.

Woaaahhhh. Fantastic news. Leaves are going to be cheap as f'uck, which is great because i need 50k of them for scrolls, and i need more for shields for my second gollux pend that i don't have. SO GLAD PROTS ARE TRADEABLE!!! That makes things leagues easier.

Rule of thumb: If they have a % success rate and no special effects, it works. So yeah, they become 50% pass.

Leaves are fully tradeable? Shield scroll limit shouldn't be an issue then (for me). Everything I need to scroll is tradeable and god knows I have more than enough mules.

Maple Admin balloon drops boxes that give it apparently, I got two of the chairs in ~10 boxes (or however many drop, I didn't check).

Not at all, I think it'd only be worth it to rescroll a +5 or +8 M/ATT scrolled weapon since those scrolls didn't add any stats.

Tip for the jump quest, on the second stage you can avoid the annoying Jr. Neckis and spikes by jumping up onto the top of the platforms:

The prots you can just put into storage and they won't expire till they're taken out
