They seem to have fixed the character login issue as well for me at least so i'm happy.

MysteryMask posted she's looking into it on the Nexon forums so the RED Thank You event will presumably be fixed at a later date. Hopefully not too late that we miss out on the rewards.

I'm not sure that it'd even require a server check to fix though? Either way, it's still something they're trying to resolve.

I imagine they'll just give out the rewards through the present box to all qualifying characters in affected servers, since no one actually wants to finish the quest, they just want the items.
