From what I see it basically makes the item like server transfers did, keeps the stats but wipes the stars. first enhancement on tyrants is only all stat is what I was trying to say

How would these additional entry tickets affect reset times, anyway? Let's say I do my two free runs on Monday, back-to-back, and then the following day I use a ticket. Would the new reset time for next week be Monday or Tuesday?

Whether or not you can enter goes by clear count.
You have clear counts for all 5 of the bosses, and if any of these clear counts is 2 or higher you cannot enter normally.
If you clear Oz, her clear count increases by 1 and clear time is recorded. Clear count resets to 0 168 hours after your most recent clear.

There is maintenance in 11/12 and there is 12/12 one.
Yesterday (11/12) i played alot so i didnt noticed there was maintenance and now there is 2... So what is going on?!

The one at 6:30AM PST was planned beforehand.

No, there was a bug when the hot time happened, where a lot of people didn't receive any or only some of the rewards when opening the box.
