Not exactly the same thing but... KMS made Hilla and Orchid into pets.
ANyway I see no problem on turning PSY into a pet other than his head will prolly be too big to see his body.

They probably chose a pet so they could do all the custom dancing animations and stuff, which you couldn't do with an android.
