Scrolls that add damage cap? Certainly far better than weapon based cap.

I could see GMS getting this. But who'd replace this over Attack scrolls? That is if it doesn't decrease slots.

You mean, if girasol didn't prevent weapon based cap. These items are useless as f'uck with 50m cap.
